I love the conspiracy of the book. You really feel for the main character, Logan. I began to take her perspective as the story came together and wanted to find out who the Gears were just as much as she did. It’s the books you can’t put down- like this one- and the ones where you feel in the character’s shoes- like this one- that are good. And way to go with the slap in the face type twist towards the end, though I kind of suspected.

Susan – I love the octopus too. He’s fabulous. I’ve tried to find more book images like it but haven’t run across anything near as detailed.

Incidently, I originally titled the first book FRANKENSTEN WAS A TAURUS, but it didn’t really fit the theme.
