My favorite part was the ending (which unfortunately I cannot post here so as not to spoil it for the other visitors). Let’s just say it’s somewhat predictable but quite good.

As for me I don’t usually go for creepy. I’m more inclined to enjoy a fun fantasy or comedy or romance.

The premise is quite interesting too, as the author has chosen the perhaps less beaten path of making Hell a place in one’s mind; Helen was not actually in Hell, she was just experiencing her idea of it because she thought she deserved it after something bad that happened in the past (she doesn’t remember what, she simply knows it was bad and so she deserves being in Hell). If that makes any sense.

I was a bit put-off by the body-snatching too (especially one particular scene later on), but on the whole I do recommend it. But, of course, in the end it’s all a matter of tastes
